We are taking it back to the 1968 – the summer of Love – and the quintessential year of the “Hippie Nation.” This piece of art, named “Hippie Nation,” was used to promote The Pinnacle Dance Concerts, a collection of concerts put on at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles in the ‘60s and ‘70s. Legendary artist John Van Hamersveld was one of the founders of these concerts and went on to create the legendary Pinnacle poster collection, of which “Hippie Nation” is a part. We’re getting nothing but hippie vibes from this killer screen printed work of art. The tank is crafted from our vintage burnout for a lived-in look, and is complete with a scoop neckline, contrast rib trim, side slits, exposed back seams, and a straight hem. By Icons of Culture.
